APPLE – BANANA SMOOTHIE

Apple – Banana Smoothie is a quick and nutritious smoothie prepared using apple, banana and milk. It also keeps you full for a long time.  This smoothie was prepared by our daughter and son. To make this smoothie tastier they added a scoop of tutti frutti ice-cream.

When I was targeted to taste it first, really I would just say WOW!!! It is really mind blowing.

Ingredients:

Apple                                                    1

Banana                                                 1

Milk                                                       1 cup

Sugar                                                     1 tsp

Tutti frutti ice-cream                      1-2 scoops

Procedure for preparing Apple – Banana Smoothie:

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
  2. Wash the apple and cut into pieces.
  3. In a blender add apple pieces, banana pieces, milk and sugar and blend it well.
  4. Take a tall glass and pour the Apple – Banana Smoothie into it and add 1 -2 scoops of tutti frutti ice-cream.

Yummy! Apple – Banana Smoothie is ready to be served. Serve it immediately.

Note:

  1. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
  2. You can use any flavor of ice-cream.
