Ingredients:
2 Boiled potatoes
2 Apples
2 Cups boiled chicken
1 Cup boiled beans
1 Cup cream
1 Cup yoghurt (curd)
1 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Procedure of Russian salad:
- Cut potatoes, chicken, beans and apples into pieces
- Mix yoghurt, cream and mayonnaise well.
- Add potatoes, chicken and apples
- Russian Salad is ready.
