Fruits are the most natural and the ideal food. Today I am posting Banana Peanuts Smoothie which is a healthy and delicious drink. In this smoothie I used ripe bananas and soaked peanuts with jaggery.
Peanuts/ groundnuts 30
Ripe banana 1
Jaggery (grated) 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Water 1 glass
Procedure for preparing Banana Peanuts Smoothie:
- Soak peanuts/groundnuts for 4-5 hours.
- Blend soaked peanuts along with cardamom powder, banana and jaggery in a mixer.
- Add water and once again blend it, to get a milk consistency.
- Serve it or refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve cool.
Yummy! Banana Peanuts Smoothie is ready.
