Sweet corn 1 cup
Onions (finely chopped) ½ cup
Tomato (finely chopped) ¼ cup
Coriander leaves ¼ cup
Lime 2 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee/butter ½ tsp
Procedure for preparing Healthy Sweet Corn Chat:
- In a pressure cooker, cook the sweet corn with enough water and salt.
- Drain the extra water.
- In a bowl add the boiled sweet corn, add finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomato, lime juice, chat masala, salt and ghee or butter and mix well and add coriander leaves.
Serve the Healthy Sweet Corn Chat immediately.
