Grapes are wonderful and flavorful fruit not only adds vibrancies and appeal to your food but is also very beneficial. Grapes contain immunity-boosting Vitamin C, simple sugars that provide instant energy and antioxidants that are anti-inflammatory.
There are different types of grapes from red, green and black grapes to seedless grapes. Similarly, different types of the recipes are prepared with grapes like grapes jelly, grapes jam, raisins and grapes juice.
Today I am posting Simple Homemade Black Grape Juice –
Ingredients:
Black Grapes (seedless) 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Sugar 1 – 2 tsp
Ice cubes 6 – 8
Procedure for preparing HOMEMADE BLACK GRAPE JUICE:
- Wash the grapes in running water 3 – 4 times. Soak the grapes in water with little salt added to it for 30 minutes. By doing this process the dirt and pesticides can be removed from grapes.
- In a blender add the grapes, 1 cup water, lime juice and sugar and blend until smooth.
- Sieve the juice of the grapes into a big bowl. Press the pulp gently using a spatula to get the maximum juice out of it. Discard the remaining pulp.
- Pour the grape juice into the serving glass and add ice cubes and serve it.
Homemade Grape Juice is ready.
Note:
- You can add more or less sugar according to the sweetness of grapes.
- You can prepare similarly green and red grape juice.
