MINT CURD CHUTNEY – PUDHINA DAHI CHUTNEY

Chutney varieties

Mint curd chutney is a simple, easy and healthy chutney served with cutlets, pakoda etc.

 

Ingredients:

Fresh Mint leaves                             1 cup

Thick Curd                                          1 cup

Green chilies                                       4

Garlic                                                     4

Lemon juice                                          1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind fresh mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice and salt to taste into a smooth paste.
  2. In a bowl of curd add the ground green paste and mix well. Check the chutney for salt and if required add more salt.

Serve Mint Curd Chutney with cutlets, pakoda etc.
