Peanut Masala Recipe is a crunchy and spicy recipe enjoyed by all. It is also a tea-time snack recipe.

Ingredients:
Peanuts 2 cups
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Ginger – garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Besan/ chickpea flour 4 tsp
Rice powder 2 tsp
Suji / Rava 1 tsp
Water 8 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl take peanuts add to it red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger – garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and 2 tsp of water and mix well with the help of spatula.
- Now add rice powder, besan and suji and mix well with spatula. Add slowly 6 tsp of water and mix well with the help of spatula ensure that the peanuts are well coated with the masala.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot add the masala coated peanuts slowly in small batches and fry them on medium to low flame till it is done.
- Transfer them on kitchen paper. Allow them to cool and store them in an airtight container.
- Its shell life is almost one month.
Note:
- Batter should not be thin it should be thick so that the peanuts are well coated with the masala.
- Fry the peanuts in small batches.
- Fry the peanuts on medium to low flame so that they get cooked till inside.
Crunchy Peanut Masala is ready.
